ModYourConnect uses Parcelforce / UPS for UK deliveries and UPS for International Deliveries.
The service we use is tracked, requires a signature and is insured.
A customer will always be sent a dispatch email containing their unique tracking number.
Should a customer specify a next day service this will apply once the goods have been produced or an order is complete.
Specifying a next day delivery at the time of ordering does NOT mean goods will be dispatched the same day as an order is placed.
When a customer chooses a next day service this is the service that will be used when their order is complete and ready for dispatch.
Certain UK postcodes including island locations may incur a surcharge due to the distance from the nearest courier depot. This is out of our control.
This surcharge will be automatically factored into the shipping price displayed at checkout and the various options for delivery will be shown.
International delivery time will vary from country to country and can vary from a 48 – 96 hour delivery time depending on the location around the world.
