GAZ Transit Custom Adjustable Rear Shock Absorbers 2014-2018 (LOWERED) Type 2

With the amount of people contacting us after lowering for some sort of adjustable rear shock absorbers it would be stupid of us not to have these available.
Well that time has come!

Type 2 shock absorbers are produced from Ford part number FK21-18080-CB and FK21-18080-AA.
They are produced for all Transit Custom MK8 2014 – 2018, 250 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 / 300 / 10 / 30 / Series from the Ford shock absorber part number FK21-18080-CB which uses top mount BK21-18A034 and bottom mount BK21-18016.
Although the top and bottom mounts are the same throughout the years the shock absorbers are a different size.
Type 2 shock absorbers are found on Customs from 2014-18 and on some Australian and New Zealand 2021 models.

These GAZ rear adjustable shock absorbers are needed when your Transit Custom has been lowered.
The original shocks simply do not have enough travel remaining so ‘bottom out’ and a shortened shock absorber is needed.

27/06/19 – These shock absorbers are NOT suitable for MS-RT owners who have the Eibach or Reiger leaf springs fitted as a factory option or after purchase.
12/03/20 – These Gaz shock absorbers are NOT suitable for owners who have shock absorbers FK21-18080-DB fitted.
If you have these shock absorbers then please use the Transit Custom Type 3 rear shock absorber.

Sleek and highly sexy these shock absorbers have an adjustable dial that can be turned to create a softer or harder ride.

These shock absorbers are custom made per customer and take around 4 weeks to manufacture.
However on occasions this timeframe may reduce or increase depending on the manufacturers turnaround time.
