MYC Transit MK7 Rear Adjustable Brackets

After many months of hard work we are finally here. From design, fabrication, trying different powdercoating finishes to test fitting and not to mention the 7 stage production process we have the product we set out to create and it feels great.

Here we have our Transit MK7 adjustable brackets that have been manufactured to adjust the height that the van sits at after the fitment of lowered leaf springs.
There is a choice of drop settings that will suit all owners.

These brackets should be fitted in conjunction with lowered leaf springs. (Not included)
These brackets will NOT lower the Transit MK7 on their own.

During the design process we encountered 2 different types of leaf spring bush.
We include 4, M14 stainless steel washers to be used with the brackets. (2 per bracket – redesign 22/10/21)
Not all owners will use these washers because of the 2 different sized bushes used on the leaf springs.

Unlike our competitors these brackets come powdercoated in a black finish. We do not leave our brackets untreated to rust out. The quality of the finish speaks for itself.
These brackets are nothing like the cut and shut version pasted with a load of hammerite currently found on a particular FB Group.
The time taken to produce these brackets speaks volumes.

These brackets are designed to lower or raise the Transit MK7 at different heights once lowered leaf springs have been fitted. They are NOT designed to raise the height back to the original Ford specification from factory. Customer’s who carry heavy loads will need to think whether lowering the vehicle is appropriate for them.

NOTE: You must ensure you have at least 150mm or complete clearance underneath the current brackets fitted to the vehicle.
Should you have an exhaust system that sits underneath one or each bracket then you may have to alter the rear exhaust pipework to avoid fouling the brackets when fitted.
