MYC Transit MK6 Rear Adjustable Brackets

After many months of hard work we are finally here. From design, fabrication, trying different powdercoating finishes to test fitting and not to mention the 7 stage production process we have the product we set out to create and it feels great.

Here we have our Transit MK6 adjustable brackets that have been manufactured to adjust the height that the van sits at after the fitment of lowered leaf springs.
There is a choice of drop settings that will suit all owners.

These brackets should be fitted in conjunction with lowered leaf springs. (Not included)
These brackets will NOT lower the Transit MK6 on their own.

During the design process we encountered 3 different types of shackle bush in the rear leaf spring. As such the right hand hole in the group of 4 may NOT fit all bushes because they protrude further out than the slim line bushes.
We include 8, M14 stainless steel washers to be used with the brackets. (4 per bracket)
Not all owners will use all of these washers because of the 3 different sized bushes used on the leaf springs.

Unlike our competitors these brackets come powdercoated in a black finish. We do not leave our brackets untreated to rust out. The quality of the finish speaks for itself. Now compare our brackets to our competitors!!

These brackets are designed to lower or raise the Transit MK6 at different heights once lowered leaf springs have been fitted. They are NOT designed to raise the height back to the original Ford specification from factory. Customer’s who carry heavy loads will need to think whether lowering the vehicle is appropriate for them.

NOTE: You must ensure you have at least 150mm or complete clearance underneath the current brackets fitted to the vehicle.
Should you have an exhaust system that sits underneath one or each bracket then you may have to alter the rear exhaust pipework to avoid fouling the brackets when fitted.
